We are looking for an experienced, creative, and highly organized Senior Interior Designer / Project Designer to join our team and take projects from initial concept through design development, client approval, and site coordination.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer with strong technical, creative, and project coordination skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete interior design process, including concept development, space planning, design presentations, construction drawings, material selection, client meetings, and coordination with contractors, suppliers, and project teams.

The ideal candidate must be confident working independently while also collaborating closely with clients and internal team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead interior design projects from concept to completion.
- Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, material boards, and client presentations.
- Prepare space plans, furniture layouts, and detailed interior drawings.
- Create and revise construction drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop 3D models and presentations using SketchUp software.
- Select and specify finishes, furniture, fixtures, lighting, wallpaper, millwork, and other interior materials.
- Meet with clients to understand project requirements, timelines, and design expectations.




- Prepare professional design presentations and support client approvals.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, general contractors, trades, vendors, and suppliers.
- Conduct site visits, take measurements,
- Review drawings and ensure design details are accurate and ready for execution.
- Assist with project scheduling, material coordination, and procurement.
- Identify potential site or design issues and provide practical solutions.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high design standards.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of professional interior design experience.
- Strong experience in commercial, hospitality, restaurant, and/or residential projects.
- Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Strong working knowledge of SketchUp.
- Strong knowledge of space planning, construction details, finishes, furniture, lighting, millwork, and materials.
- Ability to prepare detailed drawing packages and coordinate with contractors and trades.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
