Springboard is seeking a Justice Worker for our Attendance Program in Toronto to provide intake, case management, and individualized programming for youth aged 12-24. The role emphasizes trauma-informed practice and collaboration with partners to support positive outcomes.
You will report to the Supervisor and help implement curriculum, monitor progress, and coordinate with Toronto District School Board (TDSB) and community organizations. Relevant diploma and experience with youth are required.
