We're seeking a Field Service Representative to be the crucial link between AirPro and customers at the Trenton Main Operating Base. This role, anticipated to start in January 2027, is vital for maintaining the CC295 Kingfisher fleet. You will provide technical support, manage relationships, and aid in fleet management while ensuring communication flows seamlessly between teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main contact for customer maintenance teams
• Collaborate with engineers to resolve technical issues
• Build solid relationships with the technical organization




• Assist in tracking and resolving fleet technical faults
• Provide guidance on spare parts and technical assessments
Requirements:
• Minimum five years in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering
• Experience with multi-engine aircraft is required
• Preferably hold an EASA or AME M2 license
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Valid passport and able to obtain security clearance
