As part of the Akelius team, you will maintain properties while living onsite. Your responsibilities will include communicating with residents, performing landscaping, and conducting regular inspections. Robust time management and problem-solving skills are essential as you will be managing both routine tasks and emergencies.

Key Responsibilities: • Conduct weekly inspections of vacant units for readiness • Address service requests and assist the property manager • Secure the property and manage master keys • Clean and maintain building common areas • Respond to emergencies such as floods and power failures

Requirements: • 1+ years in building maintenance or equivalent experience • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Knowledge of hand and power tools • Solid communication and problem-solving skills • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
