CBC/Radio-Canada is seeking a User Technology Support Specialist (T&I;) for an in office, six-month temporary role in Ottawa. You will provide first-level support for end-user technology, install and configure software and devices, document issues and work with vendors as needed.

Fluency in English and French is required; the position emphasizes strong communication, customer service and the ability to handle pressure while delivering timely resolutions and maintaining security of data.
