Staff Accountant | $60,000–$80,000 | Sudbury (Hybrid)

This opportunity gives you exposure across accounting, assurance and tax while working with a broad mix of Northern Ontario businesses and organizations. The client base spans areas including mining and manufacturing, construction and real estate, technology, healthcare, NFPs and owner-managed businesses.

You’ll prepare year-end files and tax returns, support compilation, review and audit engagements, and gradually take more ownership as your experience develops.

What they’re looking for:

- Degree or diploma in Accounting
- CPA program underway or intention to pursue the designation
- Previous Canadian public accounting experience preferred
- Exposure to year-end financial statements and tax returns
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- CaseWare, TaxPrep, QuickBooks or similar software experience
