What will you do?
- Take initiative and inspire your team to meet sales targets and create lasting customer relationships
- Effectively recruit, train, coach and motivate the sales team
- Channel your creative side and use your passion for fashion trends to inspire the merchandising in your store
- Communicate product needs with the buying team to optimize sales and improve customer loyalty
- Prioritize responsibilities and delegate tasks to truly maximize business
- Ensure customer service, loss prevention and operational standards are being met
- Analyze all aspects of your business to determine what will create the most success for you and your team
