We are seeking a results-driven, passionate Store Manager to lead our team, run day-to-day operations, and foster a positive, high-energy environment. If you are a natural leader with a passion for great food and exceptional hospitality, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring strict adherence to Prairie Donair recipe standards, portion controls, food safety guidelines, and cleanliness.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor team members to build a strong, reliable, and motivated kitchen and front-line crew.
- Lead by example on the floor, ensuring superior customer service, rapid order processing, and efficient management of dine-in, takeaway, and third-party delivery orders.
- Manage labor costs,



track food inventory, minimize waste, order supplies, and achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Ensure all proteins, toppings, and signature sauces are prepared fresh daily and maintained at optimal quality throughout service.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Minimum 2+ years of supervisory or managerial experience in a fast-casual, quick-service restaurant (QSR), or high-volume food service environment.
- Proven leadership abilities with strong conflict resolution, scheduling, and team-building skills.
- Solid understanding of restaurant profitability, inventory control, and labor management.
- Valid Food Safety Certification is required.
- Excellent communication skills, high energy, and a customer-first mindset.
- Flexibility to work wide-ranging shifts, including evenings, weekends, and peak meal times.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
