Role Description The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mississauga, ON, responsible for leading daily store operations and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role oversees sales performance, visual merchandising, and staff scheduling while ensuring company standards are consistently met.

The Store

Manager recruits, trains, and coaches team members, providing ongoing feedback to drive engagement, product knowledge, and service excellence. Daily tasks include monitoring KPIs, optimizing floor coverage, managing inventory levels, and implementing retail loss prevention practices.



The role also involves resolving customer concerns promptly, maintaining a safe and welcoming store workplace, and collaborating with regional leadership on local marketing initiatives and store improvements.

Qualifications

- Customer-focused mindset with strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills, demonstrating the ability to build loyalty and handle escalations professionally.
- Effective Communication skills, including the ability to provide clear direction, deliver feedback, and collaborate with team members and leadership.
- Proven Store Management experience in retail, including supervising staff, driving sales results, overseeing operations, and managing scheduling.
- Understanding of Retail Loss Prevention practices, with the ability to implement policies, monitor compliance, and promote a culture of safety and integrity.
- Strong leadership and people-development skills, with experience motivating diverse teams and fostering an inclusive, performance-driven environment.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities, capable of prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Comfort with basic retail technology and POS systems; familiarity with sales reporting and KPI analysis is an asset.
- Previous fashion or apparel retail experience and knowledge of visual merchandising best practices are considered strong assets.
