About Holy Shakes

Holy Shakes is a growing dessert and food concept offering shakes, waffles, crepes, burgers, fries, sandwiches and other specialty items. We are looking for an experienced, energetic and responsible Store Manager to lead our team and help us operate a clean, organized and customer-focused restaurant.

Job Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth service
- Lead, train and motivate FOH and BOH employees
- Prepare and manage staff schedules based on business needs
- Monitor attendance, punctuality and employee performance
- Ensure employees follow company policies, recipes and operating procedures
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness and customer service
- Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly
- Monitor inventory, ordering, receiving and product usage
- Reduce food waste and control operating costs
- Complete opening and closing procedures
- Ensure cash/POS procedures are followed correctly
- Maintain proper food safety and sanitation standards
- Coordinate staff during busy periods and adjust staffing as needed
- Conduct employee training and provide ongoing coaching
- Communicate operational issues and updates to ownership/franchise management
- Help maintain a positive,



respectful and professional workplace

What We Are Looking For
- Previous restaurant management or supervisor experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer-service skills
- Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable, punctual and responsible
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends and holidays when required
- FoodSafe certification is an asset
- Experience with POS systems and inventory management is an asset
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
