Job Summary

Duties

- Lead and supervise store staff, including recruiting, training, and developing team members to ensure high performance and excellent customer interactions
- Oversee daily store operations such as cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) transactions, inventory management, and merchandising standards
- Drive sales through effective marketing initiatives, pricing strategies, and promotional activities while meeting sales targets
- Manage purchasing decisions, budgeting processes, and payroll administration to optimize store profitability
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and store procedures




- Maintain strong customer service standards by resolving issues promptly and ensuring a welcoming shopping experience
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide feedback, and foster a collaborative environment

Experience

- Proven supervising or managerial experience in retail sales or store management roles
- Strong background in merchandising, sales management, and inventory control
- Demonstrated skills in negotiation, marketing strategies, and budget oversight
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customer bases
- Experience with POS systems, cashiering, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks such as payroll and record keeping
- Excellent communication skills paired with organizational prowess and time management abilities
- Prior experience in recruiting, interviewing candidates, training staff, and developing team talent is preferred
