The ALDO Group in Montreal is seeking a Finance Business Partner to bridge operations and financial performance. You will collaborate with operations teams to set budgets and forecasts, provide visibility on performance, and perform analysis to support strategic decisions.

The role requires CPA/MBA or equivalent, 3–5 years in FP&A;, and robust SAP and Excel skills. You will drive monthly reviews, risk assessment, and financial reporting to help ALDO Group grow.
