Key Responsibilities:
• Operationalize a viable strategic plan for seniors' services • Support financial independence through innovative funding strategies • Build lasting connections with various community organizations • Represent ESCC as a credible ambassador in the sector • Strengthen board and governance relationships
Requirements: • Degree in social services, public administration, or related area • Executive leadership experience in complex environments • Experience with financial management of large budgets • Knowledge of the seniors-serving sector • Proven ability to lead through change
