We work with top‑tier general contractors and owners on complex industrial and commercial projects, and we’re looking for detail‑driven Tekla professionals who want to contribute to high‑impact work.

What You’ll Do

- Model and detail structural and miscellaneous steel using Tekla Structures
- Produce accurate shop and erection drawings
- Prepare RFIs, IFA/IFC packages, CNC files, and reports
- Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and shop/field teams
- Uphold Glenmore’s high standards for accuracy and quality

Intermediate Role

- 2–5 years Tekla experience
- Increasing independence in modeling and detailing
- Opportunity to grow into leading project packages

Senior Role

- 5+ years Tekla experience
- Lead detailing for major steel packages
- Mentor junior detailers




- Provide QA oversight and resolve constructability issues
