Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Subway Sandwich Supervisor to lead daily operations at our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service, team management, and customer satisfaction. This role involves supervising food preparation, ensuring food safety standards, managing staff, and delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.

Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience in SUBWAY is highly valued, along with skills in cash handling, POS systems, and food handling procedures. Responsibilities

- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of food quality and safety
- Supervise and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service
- Manage food preparation and cooking processes according to company standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Assist with interviewing and onboarding new staff members




- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers as needed
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Train staff on food preparation, safety protocols, and service standards

Experience

- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Subway
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety practices
- At least 1 year experience with counting Inventory and WISR
- Demonstrated leadership skills in team management and staff development
- Knowledge of restaurant management operations including cash handling, inventory control, and customer service excellence
- Previous experience interviewing potential employees is preferred
- Familiarity with the food industry standards for serving and food handling regulations
