People Force is looking for a Successfactors -Payroll -Sr consultant/Manager for a Full time/ Permanent role with one of our client. This position is a hybrid position with onsite presence at our client’s Calgary office , 1-2 days per week

Successfactors -Payroll -Sr consultant/Manager

Anywhere in Canada-Hybrid

Permanent/Fulltime

Required Experience:

· 10+ yrs experience working on Global Successfactors projects (US, Canada, UK, Europe, Middle East, or other regions)

· Solid end-to-end (full lifecycle) implementation experience in SuccessFactors

· Solid consulting background

· Excellent communication skills

Key Responsibilities for Successfactors Payroll Role :

- 10+ yrs of Successfactors Experience
- 2-5+ yrs experience in Successfactors Payroll
- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) solutions.
- Experience in Global payroll
- Work on payroll schema, rules, wage types, and PCRs.
- Support end-to-end payroll processing, including testing (Unit,



Integration, UAT).
- Handle payroll-related integrations with Employee Central, Time, and third-party systems.
- Perform data migration, reconciliation, and validation activities.
- Provide support for payroll issues, defects, and enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and legal payroll requirements.
