Suit Sales Associate — Full-Time

Freeds of Windsor is looking for a motivated, personable, and hardworking Suit Sales Associate to join our team.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has an interest in fashion and tailored clothing, and takes pride in providing an exceptional customer experience. Previous retail or sales experience is preferred, and experience with suits or tailored clothing is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

- Provide friendly, knowledgeable, customer-first service throughout the sales process
- Assist customers with selecting, fitting, and purchasing suits and tailored clothing
- Learn and understand proper suit fit, sizing, styling, and current fashion trends
- Build relationships with customers and create a comfortable, personalized shopping experience
- Manage wedding parties from start to finish, including helping select suits, coordinating and placing orders, tracking suit arrivals, and ensuring each member of the wedding party is taken care of
- Work alongside other members of the Freeds team to help customers put together complete looks
- Maintain accurate suit inventory and assist with receiving, organizing, replenishing, and monitoring merchandise
- Merchandise the suit department and keep displays organized, current, and visually appealing
- Maintain a clean, organized, and qualified suit department
- Assist with daily departmental tasks and ensure responsibilities are completed throughout each shift
- Maintain strong product knowledge and awareness of available inventory




- Support other members of the department and store during busy periods

- Ability to help customers coordinate a polished overall look is an asset

About the Role This is a hands-on sales position in a fast-paced retail environment. We’re looking for someone who wants to become an important part of our suit department, not simply make transactions. The right candidate will take pride in helping customers look and feel their best while contributing to the organization, presentation, inventory management, and overall success of the department.
