We are seeking an energetic and motivated Supervisor/Assistant Manager to lead our dynamic food service team. Responsibilities

- Supervise daily restaurant activities, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
- Lead, motivate, and manage team members, including interviewing and onboarding recent staff.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to uphold quality standards and food safety regulations.
- Manage cash handling procedures and operate POS systems such as Micros POS efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation standards across the kitchen and dining areas.
- Monitor staff performance, provide coaching,



and foster a positive team environment aligned with hospitality excellence.
- Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining proper food storage practices.

Requirements

- Proven supervising or team management experience within the food industry or restaurant environment.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling techniques.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS; cash handling experience is essential.
- Excellent customer service skills with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations applicable to restaurants or food service establishments.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to interview, train, and develop team members effectively.
- Prior restaurant management experience preferred; barista or hotel experience is a plus.
