As a key figure under the General Manager of People and Organizational Development, you will lead the development and maintenance of safety management programs aligned with organizational strategies.

Your efforts will promote a culture of safety through direct engagement with leaders and a focus on continuous improvement. You’ll manage a team dedicated to workplace health and safety, as well as oversee compliance with health regulations. Key Responsibilities:

- Create and maintain Health and Safety policies and guidelines
- Conduct risk assessments and job hazard analyses




- Mentor a team of Health and Safety professionals

- Degree in Occupational Health and Safety
- 3–5 years of relevant supervisory experience
