Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver primary healthcare including assessments and education
• Provide clinical support to primary care providers
• Engage in community development and health promotion
• Participate in partnerships for improved service delivery
• Track and manage clinical supplies within health facilities
Requirements:
• Current College of Nurses of Ontario registration
• At least 2 years of nursing experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required
• Valid BLS certification
• Experience with health education and community care
