As an Infectious Disease Prevention Coordinator, you'll coordinate evidence-informed programs and provide expert guidance to staff and community partners. This position requires a Baccalaureate in Nursing, current registration with the College of Nurses, and two years of relevant public health experience. Your focus will include enhancing service delivery and compliance while collaborating with stakeholders to advance public health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:



• Coordinate daily infectious disease prevention operations • Provide expert guidance for compliance with health standards • Collaborate with community partners for program advancements • Analyze data to identify performance gaps and improvements • Lead privacy and performance audits for accuracy

Requirements: • Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing or Practical Nursing Diploma • Two years public health or hospital experience • Current Ontario nursing registration • Solid communication and analytical skills • In-depth knowledge of Ontario Public Health Standards
