Lead the Mental Health and Addictions Program with the Métis Nation of Ontario. As a Supervisor in Mental Wellness, you'll engage with diverse communities while ensuring quality mental health services.
This new role requires experienced supervision in mental health and adds value through culturally responsive programs. You will oversee recruitment, employee development, and ensure compliance with policies while promoting a supportive work environment. Collaborating with Métis communities, your leadership will directly impact mental wellness initiatives across Ontario.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Mental Wellness team with oversight and coaching
• Manage employee lifecycle processes including recruitment and performance
• Conduct regular quality assurance file reviews




• Develop and maintain program policies and documentation standards
• Collaborate with external partners for integrated service delivery
Requirements:
• University Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in mental health services
• 3-5 years of experience in the mental health field
• Knowledge of Indigenous health and culturally grounded practices
• Solid communication and organizational skills
