You'll coordinate care, safely administer medications, and maintain therapeutic environments while working across all shifts, including nights and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver professional care per Saskatchewan LPN standards
• Formulate and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and maintain progress records




• Support clients' involvement in their recovery process
• Respond appropriately in medical emergencies
Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited LPN program with pharmacological training
• LPN registered in Saskatchewan with recent clinical experience
• Solid leadership and communication skills
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely
• Experience with person-centered care approaches
