The Service Appointment Coordinator would be the first voice customers hear. Scheduling appointments, coordinating with advisors and technicians, and making sure every visit runs smoothly. WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Schedule, confirm, and manage customer appointments
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and texts professionally
- Coordinate availability with advisors and technicians
- Maintain accurate records in the DMS system
- Conduct reminder and follow-up outreach calls
- Communicate wait times and service expectations




- Assist with administrative tasks and customer updates

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Previous customer service or admin experience
- Automotive dealership experience is a strong asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Comfortable with scheduling software and CRM tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds is a plus
- Qualified phone manner and attention to detail
