We are looking for a Support Technician to join our remote team in Winnipeg.

Solutions is seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Support Technician to provide essential IT and operational support to our globally distributed team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our remote operations, ensuring seamless technology integration and providing timely assistance to our consultants and project managers worldwide. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide first-level technical support to remote employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of company-issued equipment and software
- Manage user accounts and access permissions across various platforms




- Support the implementation and maintenance of IT security protocols
- Document technical procedures and create user-friendly guides
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed
- Participate in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary technology
- Monitor and maintain IT inventory and software licenses
- Assist with data backup and recovery procedures
- Provide training and guidance to team members on IT best practices

WHAT YOU BRING

- A diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Several years of experience in a technical support or IT help desk role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with cloud-based tools and remote work technologies
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home office
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
