Join the team at Jëje Zho as a Support Worker, where you will facilitate life skill development for residents in Dawson, YT. Work night shifts to provide meaningful support and assistance. As a member of the Justice Department, this role is focused on empowering men at risk of homelessness.

You will report to the Jëje Zho Coordinator and engage in activities that support residents' transitions to reliable housing. Your understanding of social services will be crucial in building relationships and ensuring residents have access to community resources. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist residents in achieving individualized housing plans
- Maintain support and safety within the facility
- Design and deliver impactful program activities
- Connect residents to essential community services
- Teach important life skills for independence Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent; diploma in social services preferred
- Experience with homelessness and mental health support
- Computer literate with MS Office proficiency
- Knowledge of anti-oppressive practices
