Titan Swim Club is a recent but highly respected swim club dedicated to developing swimmers of all ages and skill levels.

We offer a wide range of programming, from Learn to Swim programming to competitive swimming, and are committed to providing a positive, motivating environment where swimmers can grow and succeed. As we continue to expand our Titan Swim Club, we’re looking for passionate and dedicated Swim Coaches to help us provide quality instruction and support the growth of our athletes. We are looking for Swim Coaches who can work between the hours of 4pm and 630pm Monday - Friday.

Note that Titan Swim Club swims out of Seven Oaks Pool but initial job training will take place at Aqua Essence Swim Academy located at 1585 Kenaston Blvd.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach swimming in the Learn to Swim portion of the program, focusing on skill development for swimmers of all ages and abilities.
- Coach competitive swimmers, helping them refine their techniques, strategies, and overall performance.
- Ensure swimmers' safety while providing constructive feedback to promote skill improvement.




- Foster a positive and motivating environment that encourages growth, teamwork, and achievement.
- Support the development of our swim academy program through consistent engagement and development of swimmers.
- Must be able to work all or some of the following shifts: Mondays 430pm - 645pm, Tuesdays 4pm - 5pm, Wednesdays 430pm - 6pm, Thursdays 4pm - 545pm, and Fridays 430pm - 6pm. There is potential for future growth resulting in extended hours and more shifts.

Qualifications:

- Current Swim for Life (or comparable swim instructor certification) is required.
- Bronze Cross Certification required
- Standard First Aid with CPRC required
- Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse Registry Check Required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with swimmers of all ages and skill levels.
- Competitive swimming experience is an asset, but not required.

Job Type: Part-time Pay: $16.50-$18.50 per hour
