We are looking for a reliable and motivated Swimming Pool Cleaner/ Junior Service Technician who enjoys working outdoors and wants to develop practical, hands-on skills in an established industry.

This is a permanent, year-round position. This is not a summer-only job. Comprehensive training will be provided.

What You’ll Do

- Perform scheduled pool and spa maintenance at customer properties
- Test and balance pool and spa water
- Clean pools, spas, filters, and related equipment
- Inspect equipment and identify potential problems
- Report service concerns promptly and accurately
- Communicate professionally with customers and office staff
- Complete clear and accurate service documentation for billing and recordkeeping
- Follow company procedures and safe work practices

What We’re Looking For You are dependable, professional, and comfortable working independently while remaining part of a supportive team. You communicate clearly, pay close attention to detail, and take pride in doing your work properly.

You must have:

- A valid BC driver’s licence - a Learner’s licence is not accepted
- A clean driving record
- At least one year of outdoor work experience
- Fluent spoken and written English
- The physical ability to perform hands-on work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Availability to work Monday to Friday for 8-hour shifts
- Availability for permanent, year-round employment
- The ability to commute to our South Surrey Retail Store daily
