- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from posting to onboarding
- Conduct phone screenings and interviews with candidates
- Build a talent pipeline to expedite hiring needs
- Create engaging job postings to attract top talent
- Prepare recruitment metrics and reports for data-driven decisions Requirements:
- At least 2 years of recruitment experience in high-volume settings
- Experience with ATS, Workday preferred
- Understanding of HR best practices and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
