We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Team Lead to join our field sales team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for making your own sales while leading and supporting a team of 4–5 sales representatives.

Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate, and support a team of 4–5 field sales representatives
- Generate your own sales while managing your assigned team
- Coach team members to improve their sales performance
- Set daily goals and help the team achieve targets
- Lead by example and maintain a positive, qualified attitude
- Track team performance and provide ongoing feedback
- Work in the field alongside your team

Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of face-to-face sales experience
- Previous leadership or team-lead experience is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented




- Comfortable working in a fast-paced field sales environment
- Ability to motivate and manage a team while continuing to sell personally

Compensation Probation Period: Commission-only compensation while you demonstrate your sales and leadership abilities.

After Probation: A base salary option will be available, along with continued sales incentives/commission opportunities.
