- Serve as the primary technical resource for the powered material handling equipment maintenance program
- Perform advanced diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and repairs
- Coordinate and prioritize daily maintenance activities
- Review, prioritize, and follow up on work orders in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
- Coordinate external service vendors and verify the quality of completed work
- Provide technical support and coaching to Technician I – Material Handling Equipment (MHE)

Requirements

- Solid experience in maintaining electric material handling trucks
- Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and electronic control systems
- Proven ability to coordinate maintenance activities, manage competing priorities, and work independently
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to effectively use a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to manage work orders, maintenance history, and preventive maintenance tasks
- Valid Quebec Class 5 driver's license
