Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This position involves various responsibilities, including food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
- Assist customers with menu selections and upsell additional items to enhance their dining experience.
- Accurately process transactions using the POS system and handle cash efficiently.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards while ensuring quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining spaces, kitchen equipment, and utensils.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the highest standards of hygiene are met.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Participate in training sessions to improve skills in customer service,



food preparation, and restaurant operations.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with cashiering processes and POS systems is a plus.
- Willingness to learn about food preparation techniques and sanitation practices.
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Must be able to work legally in Canada full time 36 plus hours a week
