In this co-op role, you will actively contribute to the Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets team. You will prepare pitch-books, conduct in-depth market research, and assist in drafting marketing documents. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare pitch-books and presentations for business development
• Conduct market, industry, and company research
• Create lists of potential buyers and acquisition targets




• Assist in drafting Confidential Information Memorandums
• Support financial analysis and due diligence tasks
Requirements:
• Enrolled in a post-secondary business program focused on finance or accounting
• Robust interest in M&A; with analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
