We're looking for someone who enjoys learning about technology, solving problems and helping customers find the right product for thier needs.
This is not just a cellular sales position. Our team works with a wide variety of technology, including:
- Smartphones, cellualr plans and Tbaytel services
- TVs and home entertainment
- Home theatre and audio systems
- Soundbars and wireless systems
- Headphones, Bluetooth speakers and personal audio
- Streaming and connected home products
- Electronic accessories and more.....
What you'll do As a Technology Sales Associate, you'll work directly with the customers to understand what they are looking for and help them find the right solutions, and have the opportunity to learn, develop and grow within the company.
Your day may include:
- Helping a customer choose their next TV or home theatre system.
- Demostrating speakers, headphones and other audio products.
- Setting up new smartphones and completing cellular activations
- Explaining technology in a way thats easy for customers to understand.
- Troubleshooting basic device and technology questions
- Learning about new products and staying current with changing technology
- Building relationships with new and returning customers.
- Following up with customers and providing excellent after-sale service
- Maintaining product displays and helping keep the sales floor organized and inviting.
Who we are looking for You dont need to know everyting about technology on day 1- we can teach products and systems. We are looking for the right person

- Are enthusiastic , friendly and comfortable talking with people
- Have a genuine interest in electronics and technology
- Are technically inclined and enjoy figuring out how things work
- Are willing and excited to learn about new products
- Can listen to customers and recommend solutions based on their needs
- Have solid communication and customer service skills.
- Are depentable, motivated and able to work as part of a team
- Have previous sales, electronics or customer service experiences-an asset but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
