Skills and Responsibilities:

- Technical Business Analyst, Cybersecurity Analysis & Requirements Management.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, application, and operations teams to gather and analyse technical and business requirements.




- Translate cybersecurity and operational requirements into clear, actionable documentation and process flows.
- Develop, review, and maintain technical and operational documentation, including Runbooks, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Playbooks, Process Flows and Knowledge Base Articles.
- Maintain document repositories and establish documentation governance practices.
- Work with technical teams to document end-to-end operational processes and workflows.
- Support Disaster Recovery (DR), Business Continuity (BC), and security operational procedures documentation.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between cybersecurity, operations, and project teams to ensure alignment of objectives and deliverables.
- Ensure documentation and processes align with cybersecurity policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Salary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
