In the context of company growth, we are looking for a Technical Consultant in the insurance field who is passionate about training and optimizing best practices.

You will play a key role in onboarding, training, and supporting insurance brokers, while actively contributing to the continuous improvement of internal processes and tools.

Our head office is based in Montreal, but we are currently looking for someone located in Ontario for our second location.

Your responsibilities

- Train and support the integration of insurance brokers (with little or no experience)
- Support current team members
- Facilitate training sessions (both individual and group settings)
- Develop and coordinate training programs, webinars, and learning pathways




- Adapt training content based on the specific needs of each insurance broker

Profile sought

- Experience in property and casualty insurance (an asset)
- Strong interest in training, coaching, and knowledge transfer
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to simplify and explain technical concepts clearly
- Autonomy, strong organizational skills, and initiative
- Team collaboration skills and a continuous improvement mindset

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON M5H 3L5
