Technical Parts Specialist

Industrial Automation | Robotics | CNC | OEM

We're looking for a technically minded Parts Specialist who enjoys solving complex equipment challenges and supporting customers in quick-paced manufacturing environments. You'll work alongside service, engineering, and sales teams to provide expert OEM parts support for robotics, and industrial automation systems.

Responsibilities

- Identify OEM replacement parts using drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation
- Support machine-down situations with urgency and accuracy
- Prepare quotations for replacement parts, upgrades, and preventative maintenance kits
- Collaborate with Service, Engineering, Purchasing, and Sales




- Process orders from quotation through delivery
- Deliver exceptional technical support and customer service

Qualifications

✔ 3-5+ years supporting OEM machinery, robotics, or industrial automation

✔ Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret technical drawings

✔ Knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, or motion control components

✔ Excellent organizational skills

✔ A customer-first mindset with strong communication skills
