Your responsibilities include overseeing advocacy programs, developing best practices, and engaging industry stakeholders to advance operational standards. You will also harness analytics to improve maintenance performance through data-driven strategies. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead aircraft maintenance advocacy and enhancement programs
- Provide technical expertise in aircraft maintenance practices
- Develop position papers and guidance for best operations
- Represent IATA at major industry events and forums
- Utilize data analytics for operational performance improvements Requirements:
- Bachelor’s with B1/B2 aircraft engineer certification
- A minimum of 15 years in maintenance and engineering
- Extensive knowledge of aviation regulations
- Proven experience with Power BI and data analytics
- Effective communication and stakeholder influence skills Champion excellence in aircraft maintenance operations at IATA while engaging with industry leaders.
