Having

Reconciliation experience is good to have Project Management Skills Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution,monitoring, risk management, and delivery. Create and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and executivedashboards. Lead cross-functional teams comprising developers, architects, QA, DevOps,and business stakeholders.

Drive

Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming,retrospectives, and release planning. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and stakeholderexpectations. Coordinate with business and technical teams to translate requirements intodeliverable solutions.

Ensure adherence to quality, governance, compliance, and security standards. Track project metrics and provide regular updates to leadership and clients. Lead technical delivery for multipleprojects/programs simultaneously.

Review technical designs, data flows,integration patterns, and implementation plans. Drive issue resolution, dependencymanagement, and risk mitigation. Facilitate communication betweenbusiness users, product owners, and technical teams.

Ensure successful deployment,production rollout, and post-implementation support. Mentor team members and promote bestpractices in project delivery.
