Role overview
We are seeking passionate, detail-driven Technical Soccer Coaches to lead dynamic, small-group and individual training sessions. You will be responsible for session delivery, player assessment, and creating a high-energy environment aligned with our development philosophy.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality technical training sessions tailored to individual and small-group needs.
- Demonstrate techniques clearly, focusing on ball mastery, passing, receiving, and 1v1 execution.
- Assess player abilities, provide constructive real-time feedback,
and track individual progress over time.
- Maintain a secure, inclusive, positive, and high-energy training environment.
- Communicate professionally with players and parents regarding growth and training goals.
Qualifications
- Technical Skill: Strong ability to accurately demonstrate and explain high-level technical skills and ball mastery.
- Coaching Experience: Proven background in session planning and progressive player development for youth athletes.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to motivate players and build positive relationships with families.
- Certifications: Active coaching licenses (CSA, UEFA, Coerver, or equivalent) and competitive playing/coaching experience are strongly preferred.
- Requirements: Valid background check (Vulnerable Sector Check) required.
