Salary: CAD120000 - CAD140000 per annum Role: Payroll Manager Location: Markham Our client is currently seeking an experienced payroll leader with extensive union/non-union processing experience Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer the ideal candidate for this position will take ownership and responsibility for the organizations multi-provincial payroll processing environment including but not limited too; day to day leadership of a large payroll processing team, providing expert compliance knowledge, lead year end acitivities and work closley across cross functional teams leading payroll workflow improvement projects, systems support and all maintaince overseeing team of 5-8 payroll reports have experience managing multi-unionized workplace ERP payroll knowledge is considered an asset strong communication, ability to liaise with government entities and external vendors NPI payroll certification ideally leadership level - CPM or PLP Accounting accredition necessary Package 120,000 - 140,000 discrentionary bonus benefits from day 1 RRSP matching
