What is the opportunity? The Online Banking – Channel team is seeking a passionate, results-oriented, and innovative Sr. Product Manager to drive the development of Online Banking core channel experience, insights and engagement features. As the Sr. Product Manager you will contribute to the vision and strategy for your aspect of the product, you’ll help define the product’s roadmap and lead an agile delivery squad of Designers and Developers who will bring the vision to life. You’ll help drive the day-to-day product development schedule from design through to release, own the product life-cycle, and define and monitor metrics that measure the success of the product.

Job Description The Online Banking – Channel team is seeking a passionate, results-oriented, and innovative Sr. Product Manager to drive the development of Online Banking core channel experience, insights and engagement features. As the Sr. Product Manager you will contribute to the vision and strategy for your aspect of the product, you’ll help define the product’s roadmap and lead an agile delivery squad of Designers and Developers who will bring the vision to life. You’ll help drive the day-to-day product development schedule from design through to release, own the product life-cycle, and define and monitor metrics that measure the success of the product.

What will you do?

Define vision and product strategies while still putting clients at the center of the experience

Communicate effectively the vision and strategy, taking into consideration different stakeholders

Inspire and enable a team of designers and developers to collaborate, optimize and deliver on the vision

Build high-quality, functional prototypes that convey, prove, and advance the vision of future RBC products and applications

Collaborate with leadership and key stakeholders from concept through to shipping

Work with management,



internal business, operations and risk partners, and other subject matter experts

Participate in the full lifecycle of product development; including ideation, design, development, implementation and validation

Define the KPIs to measure the success of the product

Define key go-to-market tactics that will be used to drive adoption of the product

What do you need to succeed? Must have:

Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business or Sciences

3 years of experience as a product manager

Strong data and analytics background

Understanding and fluent usage of a broad spectrum of technologies including mobile, AI, web

Strong attention to detail, conceptual thinking, critical thinking, creative and organizational skills

Passionate focus on the customer and unwavering commitment to quality

Aptitude for bringing people together and creating a collaborative and supportive environment

Nice to have:

Experience and passion for developing visually polished, engaging and highly fluid user interfaces

Experience working in an Agile environment

Previous people leadership experience

Passion for and understanding of Banking and/or Digital trends, global competitive landscape and best practices in product management
