We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our retail team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers, managing transactions efficiently, and creating a welcoming shopping environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be organized, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Bilingual abilities and experience with technology sales or product demos are considered valuable assets.

Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases
Operate the POS system accurately for cash handling and credit transactions
Manage product merchandising and ensure shelves are well-stocked and organized
Conduct product demonstrations and provide information on features to enhance sales opportunities
Upsell relevant products and services to meet customer needs
Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area




Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed
Ensure effective time management during peak hours to minimize wait times

Skills
Strong customer service skills with excellent communication and phone etiquette
Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and change calculations
Experience with POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures
Knowledge of retail sales, merchandising, and upselling techniques
Multilingual or bilingual abilities (English required; additional languages are a plus)
Technical sales experience, including product demos or technology sales, is advantageous
Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Time management skills to prioritize duties effectively during busy periods
Ability to work well within a team and adapt quickly to changing priorities

Job Types: Full-time, Part time, Permanent Pay: $17.20-$26.74 per hour
