We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Cashier/Sales skilled to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers, handling transactions efficiently, and promoting our products. Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product features to effectively communicate with customers.
Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.




Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Skills
Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
Experience in cashiering and retail sales, particularly in technology or technical sales environments.
Solid organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
Ability to sell products confidently while providing exceptional customer service.
Familiarity with technology products is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
