This is a fully mobile personal training company. We drive all over from London to Woodstock, dorchester, Embro, Lakeside, Thorndale, ect.
Work as a strong threesome. Initially you will be working minimal hours until you get better and we feel confident you can handle a bigger workload.
All trainers share clients. This is an ideal way to ensure we all provide cohesive training.

Conduct client consultations, fitness assessments, movement screens, and goal-setting sessions.
Design personalized exercise programs based on each client’s fitness level, goals, medical considerations, schedule, and available equipment.
Deliver one-on-one and small-group training sessions at clients’ homes, workplaces, outdoor locations, or other agreed training spaces.
Coach proper exercise technique, biomechanics, breathing, posture,



and secure progression for resistance training, cardio, mobility, and functional movement.
Adapt sessions in real time based on client performance, energy level, injuries, pain, and progress.
Provide accountability, motivation, habit coaching, and education around training consistency, recovery, and general nutrition practices.
Track client attendance, performance metrics, program progression, and outcomes.
Maintain qualified client communication, scheduling, reminders, invoicing, and follow-up support.
Build and manage the business, including marketing, referrals, client retention, service pricing, policies, and operational planning.
Recruit, train, and support staff or contracted trainers as the business grows.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
