Reporting to the Manager of the Risk & Assurance Department, this key role focuses on enhancing loss prevention strategies across our northern operations. With a responsibility for audits and firearm program management, you will identify risks and recommend actions for improvement while ensuring compliance with security standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct loss audits and in-depth investigations
• Develop and deliver risk control training sessions
• Collaborate with stakeholders on loss prevention strategies
• Prepare detailed reports and communicate findings
• Manage Firearms Business Licenses and support PAL requirements
Requirements:
• 3+ years in retail loss prevention
• Understanding of Workplace Health and Safety
• Familiarity with firearm licensing programs
• Solid analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and time management abilities
