Key Responsibilities
Manage the permitting and licensing processes for construction
Maintain a comprehensive Approval Roadmap and timelines
Prepare applications ensuring compliance with regulations

Oversee utility approvals and manage relocations

Requirements:
Civil or Environmental Engineering degree
RPP or P.Eng. certification in Ontario
10 years of experience in permitting and approvals
Proven track record with municipal and utility permits
Familiarity with environmental legislation
