Santiago General Contractor Solutions is looking for an experienced and motivated Canvassing Manager to lead our door-to-door marketing team in the Vancouver, WA area. This is a great opportunity for a driven leader who enjoys building teams, developing talent, and delivering results.

What You’ll Do
Lead, train, and manage a team of canvassers
Assign and manage territories throughout Vancouver, WA and surrounding areas
Generate leads through door-to-door outreach and local marketing efforts
Set appointments for bathroom remodeling services
Monitor team performance and ensure KPIs and goals are met
Coach team members on scripts, messaging, and sales techniques
Track and report daily and weekly results
Ensure accurate collection of homeowner information

Requirements




Prior door-to-door sales or canvassing experience required
Previous leadership or canvassing management experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
Results-driven with a competitive mindset
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Physically able to walk 3–5 miles daily
Comfortable engaging with homeowners and setting appointments
