Support employees across Canada and the U.S. with HR processes and compliance initiatives. You will manage various People Operations processes, including onboarding, employee records, and HR reporting. Utilize data insights and technology to foster continuous improvement and support HR initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for recent hires
Handle HRIS management and perks administration
Analyze workforce data for reporting and decision-making




Contribute to compliance and audit procedures
Provide recruitment support during high-volume hiring Requirements:
3–5 years of progressive HR experience
Knowledge of full employee lifecycle support
Familiarity with Canadian and U.S. employment laws
Excellent organizational skills in managing priorities
