Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries and demonstrations
Conduct engaging product demos to showcase features and benefits
Assist customers with merchandise selection and provide personalized recommendations
Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and cashiering duties
Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention
Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers efficiently during busy periods




Utilize strong communication skills to explain product details clearly in English or other languages as needed
Follow phone etiquette standards when interacting with customers over the phone

Skills
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse customer bases effectively
Experience in technology sales or retail sales settings is advantageous
Proficiency in conducting product demos and technical sales techniques
Knowledge of merchandising, POS systems, and cash handling procedures
Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
Professional phone etiquette for inbound and outbound customer interactions
Ability to upsell products through persuasive communication and understanding customer needs

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
